The room WAS bright, airy, and comfortable. It had a SPLENDID view of sweeping lawns and a good-sized wardrobe with plenty of hangers. The bathroom also felt well appointed.
Customer care seemed VERY poor. I came down for dinner only to be told they closed early. The bar area was cold.

the wi-fi did not reach my room i needed to work. there was only one bar so i had to use my data. there was no easy access to a power socket it was difficult to plug in my phone

The building sits within fine landscape. I received both still and sparkling water upon arrival. The provided dressing gowns and slippers added a touch of luxury to my stay. My bedroom was quite spacious, offering ample room to relax after a long day of travel.
